Hiçbirimiz uzun yazıları okumayı sevmiyoruz .Herkes, kendine göre hayat tecrübesine sahip başkasınınkini ne yapsın. ?Ne yazıcam ya ben şimdi bu blog'a ? Açtınmı başına derdi ha ? Açarsan blogu bakarsın ööyle sayfaya ne yazıcam diye!!??
Öyle bir şey yazıcanki; herkese cazip gelecek, hemen alıp çekecek içine ve merak üzerine merak okuyup gidecek dibine kadar yazının.Hatta diyecek ki ; ''ahh burada bitmese, bir tane daha olsa, devam etsem bunu kahvenin yanında kurabiye gibi sindirsem.''O zaman size bir gerçek hikaye anlatayım.Hiç abartmadan, olduğu gibi,zira en merak ettiklerimiz başkalarının hayatlarının cücüğü,orta göbeğine kadar katmanları değilmi ?
Yok artık daha neler efendim, insanlar niye başkalarının hayatlarını merak etsinki ? Değilmi ya ? Vallahi ben merak etmiyorum diyen varmı beri gelsin. Her nedense, bu beri gelsin lafını da, kelimeye bir ağırlık ,bir güçlü duruş katmak için söylerler.Ekşi sözlüğe üşenmeyip baktım; ne demek olduğunu, nasıl ifade etmişler…

Herkesin ağzında bir sosyal medya,bir dijital platform iletişimidir gidiyor.Hatta bugünlerde konuşmalarda cümle içinde ''dijital ,sosyla medya''  kullanmayanın itibar notu düşüyor gibi bir durum var.Şaka gerceğinde ta kendisi zira; ''baby boomers'' denilen kuşaktakilerin neredeyse yüzde yetmişinin bir facebook hesabı var.Yaşı, yetmişlerinde ve üstündeki  bu kuşak, oldukça yoğun bilgisayar  kullanıcısı.Onlar, facebook'a alışmaya çalışır, ısınma turları atarken,daha çok slayt sunumlarını ve güzel buldukları yazıları oluşturdukları kendi gruplarında ve bilumum; yakın akraba,torun vb. paylaşma hazzını yaşamaktalar.
Takip eden X kuşağı biraz daha konuya hakim; onlarda facebook, yanında bir twitter hesabı bulunmakta, hatta pinterest'i duyup,'' bende bir hesap açacağım''  diyenlere rastlıyabiliyorsunuz.
Arada kaldık ama dona kalmayalım, daha fazla öğrenelim,  içinde olalım, çocuklarla, genç kuşakla iletişimi kaçırmayalım gayretindeler.…

PHARMACIST NEED TO BE WAKEN UP ABOUT THE TREND

Pharmacists have to adapt their business to the enviroment of today.What is it ? The answer is to be aware of communication platform which is e-communication.To be coped with the pace of social media enviroment.
Have you established a twitter account and facebook page for the pharmacy which is able to deliver the Rx to your customers as they want to?
I dont think pharmacies in Turkey has such vision and preparation accordingly.Think about for a moment that; patient has received the Rx to be purchased from  visited  pharmacy which has given its social  media account to customer for further of customer needs.I didn't have such info yet.Thinking out of the box will be creative solution for future of the business .A decade ago a marketing guru Philiph Cotler had given a lecture about future of marketing which he had told attendees about consumer marketing tips.Yet I don't see such kind of prepared and an established emphaty about customer focus.

E- Formation of The Future

I've attended to pharmacists congress which they have named it as E formation of the future.I agree that cause the future will be more on e -communication scale.And today as usual they have expressed more about their challenges.I 'have to tell that they were very modest  while trying to detail their problems which they 've already exposed.
Hereby I've enjoyed most about the sector prominents had told which  our pharmaceutical sector would have grown in the next ten years term as much as 150%
I hope they 're right but today's social and economic conjuncture has bit different attitude toward being steady and calm climate.I think good will has positive regarding to outcome through out puts but things are not flowing as we had wish.
Anyway yet I have very positive mind set and wishfull mind as used to for Turkish citizens but other side of me bit rationalist which tells me that be carefull.
Hereby I don't want to make any further comment regarding fluctuation…

Pharmacist and pharmacy are thought respectively as a place of marketer and market  of medicine.
However pharmacist have been very important factor of reaching to medicine  cause the remedy had to be prepared by pharmacists in the past.
By new manufacturing capasity of pharmaceutical companies pharmacists have lost their very prestigous place in healthcare loop and they have become a marketer of medicine  and manager of such markets accordingly.
Although a very scientific and tough education for to become a pharmacist they immediately lose their scientific identity by transaction to commercialist middle man.
Why had they been educated about medicine ,pharmacology,anatomy ? Information about the prescription drugs have been given by physicians during the visit thus usage information leaflet had been enclosed by manufacturer of  prescribed medicine.So very few of the patients have an intention to ask about such details.

Data polution has become a serious issue for social media&marketing.Tons of information flying over us and  people get scary because of many question in their mind.Situation gets dramatic each and every second as if  you' follow Twitts or checking social media blogs or technology web pages, where there are millions of  new info and updates show up and they might put  you in a  helpless inevitable state of mind
Lets start asking questions regarding new information exchange platform ;
If 'have an intention and strong desire to be in cloud with a brand or service where should  be started ?Which one helps better to have interaction with people ;Twitter,Facebook,G+,Pinterest etc.?Should we have a social media specialist or IT specialist ?How could we achieve a CLM by using available social media tools?As if we would like to use all together by providing link to each other which goes first Facebook or Twitter ? Conscious is quite important regarding field of sales operation  herewith to be able to stop and  review the job you've been doing  may create an additional  value depending on status of the mind.
If there is an overwhelmed, confused professional who might have been blind to opportunities around to corner.
I assume this is a well known drawback for particularly pharmaceutical professionals due to ambitous goals to be achieved,SOPs to be fullfilled, reports to be prepared,customers to be contacted with,meetings to be attended etc..
There usualy seems no time left  for to back up and watch yourself  from a different point of view and the intended business process accordingly which it may enable you  to diagnose and detect an error or help to improve business process.
There used to be an order in pharmaceutical industry which turned into a chaos due to many reasons which I won't issue them here. But I'd like to draw an attention to resource allocation and utilization efforts…

Pharmaceutical Market's trend  will have a bell curve interms of its life cycle but there wouldn't be a final countdown .However a renaissance will groom by fixing old beliefs and implementations through ''Pharmaceutical Spring''.
 I am not an oracle and sitting with my crystal globe but I feel belonging and a fan of pharmaceutical industry.Therefore  close and methodologic chase of the industry is one of my daily practise.
Cause What I 've had today due to the industry.Its wise and very disciplined business acumen along with well educated ,high calibre human resources developed a privileged society all over  the world.I believe one of each individiual of the society has high level of intellectuality,analytic mind and responsibility to both the industry and society.I am proud of as a member of the society.

I don't know the impact of staying so long in same business enviroment  in terms of its benefits on your knowledge and ability thus thinking pattern.I assume is not that easy   as said in an old proverb '' even if you tie up a donkey around the area of mentioned business she may also grab something too''
No absolutely ! Every business has its own tears and dust.
Mastership !? Huhh it is kind of tough word carrying the title  which loads considerable amount of  responsibility to person who wants to stand up with it .Along with mastership skills there should be quite a lot other good features for to accompany to the title.
To be wise with interpersonal skills while communicating people and  to get to know listening patiently respectfully others herewith talking as if  needed. Where there will be words to be  delivered and  ideas will be shared for others to ensure creating & adding values to their life.However they should be shared carefully in  an humble manner…

VALUES ON THE SIGN

I 've been thinking about the companies vision&mission statements lately. Although I've worked  as an employee  of those well known  international giant corporations,  I've   only felt ownership ,respect to my company during my first job and this feeling had changed  me to be  more creative and volunteer to achieve  for people whom I worked together.
I should tell before I go further that the company which I worked first time  It had a great reputation and the respect by both the business enviroment and the society where it had presented it services.
So if I circle back to the main subject which vision&mission statement of a company should be well understood and expressed to everyone in order to  show that proud ,dignity and each an every word of the statement.
Why should it be ? Simple cause if you want  people to respect the values you believe so let them know what are they and why are they ?
