The aim of that smily  was as follows: ·Representing company in the designated area ·To act and behave inline with company ethical rules & regulation ·To visit ....of physician and ... of  pharmacist daily basis ·To establish respectfull relationship with physicians and pharmacist and the other healthcare personel ·To achieve quarterly/annualy  sales quotas ·To achieve ..% MS ·To report timely manner and accurately
FLSM and Sales manager have an additional job responsibilities as coaching & counselling ,performance appraisal,personal development plans, tracking results and re-evaluating them etc.
But the picture of that relationship has gone now.There are many other factors involve in healthcare buying  process  of today;

CHANGING BUSINESS MODEL OF PHARMA HEALTHCARE

Healthcare business has its new business modelling and it has to.Reasons of such dramatic and traumatic change can easily find among the articles of business prominents.But main purpose of that new modelling or tranformation is because of sharp reduction of profitability thus cost containment efforts of the payers.
Moreover health conciousness along with increased awareness of public enabled them to reach easily  every information they desire  via cloud.
From business driven markets to consumer driven tough conditions.While thinking about of future business modelling and considering the fact of today's there might be left only core group of entrepreneurs and high officers rather than other subsidiaries.Cause almost every kind of services are being provided by outsources.
So by the help of powerpoint's handy program I 've structured a new business model .What do you think ? Are we going to see such kind of business structure ?

Yaşam yeni şeyler istemekle geçiyor vede koşulların bize  iyi olduğunu dayattırdığı şeylerle; yeni bir  pozisyon,yeni bir ev ,yeni bir araba, daha fazla kilo vermek, vb.sevilmek  ve sevmek daha uzaklarda mı kalıyor ne dersiniz  ? Etrafımıza daha dikkatili bakıyormuyuz? Olanı biteni başka bir gözle yorumluyormuyuz acaba ? sağlık ,dinginlik ,halen sahip olduklarımız bir değer ifade ediyormu acaba ? Sanmıyorum gerçektende  bize dayatılan güzel olduğuna inandırılıdıklarımız peşindemiyiz ? Eveeettt  hemde yüzde yüz öyleyiz. Hadi canım sende ben değilim diyen sen ! sende öylesin benim gibi birazcık daha  kazansam aslında daha iyi olurdu diyen, yada senin için kolay benim dertlerim bilmiyorsun diyen sen !! Bugün amansız bir salak hastalığı kucaklayıp tüm yaşam dengelerini yitiren biriyle kaç kişiniz konuştu veya empati duygunuzun yüzde  üçünü bu denli bir zorluk içinde hissetmeye zorladı ? A NEW SAVING BY MOBILE COMMUNICATION

Today's pace of technological development and new way of remote communication will remove another economic burden of corporations.Social media,e-business, digital communication platform have changed the way of businness conduct.The change of communication will continue to have positive impact on some other socio economic dynamics and  balances. Big corporations used to have a natural concern while setting up their operations.Particularly the corporations from same business sector  have intended to be  close  to each other around the same geographical areas,around the same cities. Hereby where those settlement have  seen,  the prices of almost anything went up.So those expenditures had to be reflected on the product or service cost which corporations did it.     Not only prices but also enviromental conditions have affected and got worst. Hubbub,polluted city centers, small rooms,traffic jam and many well known factors have been cause of  psycological and physiological health problems…

NEW TITLE OF PHARMA SALES REP !!!

Pharmaceutical companies will have an engagement with physicians via internet access. A scientific meeting will be organized and held over    the internet will create a different social gathering There are couple of reason  to save and keep reps in that healthcare loop but need to enable them to become savy internet users thus bloggers maybe !!
Rather than distributing designated territories to sales reps, a blog and its audience given to a rep which is covering territory and its stakeholders might be more useful. However, the success of sales reps may be evaluated with his/her blog's ratings or number of ''like'' regarding the article published or viral items along with the brand preference in the territory  based on IMS data. Or the number of viral meetings held and social gatherings’ success which is reflected by post meeting Q&A results.
